Issue #48 of the Ken Chronicles

Finished a few weeks early, issue 48 was supposed to be released August, 1, 2018,
but it's being mailed to subscribers and trading partners in early July.
The cover wrap depicts Nubble Light, near York, Maine, on a foggy afternoon.
Inside is a large letters-of-comment section, and the ever-popular People, Places & Things (that aren't there anymore). Feature article is about things that are Broken, Worn Out, or Needing Service of Some Kind. Following are some reviews and random thoughts. It's 28-pages and digest-size (5 1/2 x 8 1/2-inches).

(A sample page appears below.)
Available in the b&w print version, postpaid to the USA
for $3 cash or payable to my PayPal account.
(I'm always interested in trades, in case you've got a zine as well.)
If you purchase the print version, I'll
throw in the FREE full-color PDF version
sent directly to your inbox
(or available on its own for $2).

Review by Kris Mininger (produces Chorrada zine):
Ken has some car trouble and a whole heap of home appliance trouble. There is an old photo of Ken's '54 Ford with a woman bundled up in a coat sitting on the hood ("Kathy, a girl friend of mine back in the day") which is absolutely fantastic. Ken always includes tons of reviews of what he's reading, watching, and listening to, as well as a lively letters section. Good stuff.

Review by Fred Argoff (Produces Brooklyn! and Watch The Closing Doors zines):
Here's a review that's going to be short and sweet because it won't take long to tell you what I think. This is Ken's perzine. Whatever he's doing, or thinking, or reading is likely to show up on the pages, and with photography. I tend to think of perzines as windows, and I happen to like looking out of windows. I do want them to be well-written, however. This one is, and so I always look forward to receiving it.
